Q.01How fast can you bring connectivity to a site with no existing infrastructure?
In most scenarios our average on-site deployment is 48 hours from go-ahead, thanks to distributed warehouses and mobile teams. Complex events are planned weeks in advance with surveys, coverage tests and failover drills.
Q.02What if no fiber is available on site?
We combine high-capacity point-to-point wireless, private 5G and LEO satellite to deliver mission-critical connectivity even in remote locations, with geographic redundancy on independent paths.
Q.03Do you operate only in Italy and the USA, or worldwide?
We operate in 45+ countries. We directly handle spectrum permits, customs, international logistics and local teams for every event, anywhere in the world.
Q.04Do you guarantee contractual uptime during the live broadcast?
Yes. All broadcast and mission-critical projects are delivered with redundant architecture, independent paths and contractual SLAs monitored by our 24/7 NOC. We provide uptime reports to the customer.
Q.05Do you work with IP broadcast workflows (SMPTE 2110, NDI)?
Yes. We design networks with PTP, IGMP multicast, flow separation and QoS priority for IP broadcast workflows (SMPTE 2110, NDI, JPEG-XS). We integrate with most carrier-grade switching/routing vendors.
Q.06What commercial model do you offer?
We operate project-based (event-based), multi-event contracts, or multi-year framework agreements. Pricing on guaranteed capacity or usage-based depending on customer needs.
